TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We advise all our clients to read through the clinic terms and conditions before making a booking. These are put in place to safeguard the clinic and to ensure the maximum standards and service are offered to the client. In booking an appointment, you are agreeing to our clinic terms and conditions stated below.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We remind clients that in order to change or cancel an appointment we ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Cancellation of appointments must be made via the phone and we do not accept any cancellations via email, text or Facebook. All missed or cancelled appointments which fall inside the 72 hour notice period will incur a set charge of £50 therefore you will loose your deposit paid and if you have paid a £20 deposit then your card will automatically be charged an additional £30. Please be aware that you can only reschedule your appointment a maximum of 1 week from the original date.

If you are booking regularly on a monthly fee, if for any reason you cancel your original appointment then the price will automatically go back to the full price.

I will always try and reschedule you for the same month if possible so that you can pay the lower price.

TREATMENT CONDITIONS

All clients must pay a £50 deposit to secure a treatment booking. The deposit is deducted from the total on the day of procedure. For consultations, a booking fee of £20 is applicable.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

If the client does choose to go ahead with treatment after the consultation, the booking fee already paid is deducted from the price of the treatment.

Prior to commencement of any treatment you are required to sign a Consent Form. Upon signing your consent, you are confirming that you understand the benefits and risks of your treatment. In addition, you are also acknowledging that no guarantee can be given with regard to clinical outcome.

We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. We will provide a complimentary assessment with your practitioner following 14 days of anti-wrinkle/filler treatment at no further cost to the client.


All of our treatments are not eligible for refund.


LIABILITY

KYDOLCE CORPORATION LIMITED TRADING AS KYDOLCE SKIN EXPERTS will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

Children are not allowed into laser controlled areas and KYDOLCE SKIN EXPERTS is unable to supervise children left unattended in the waiting room. Please do not bring children under the age of 10 unless a responsible adult is accompanying you and can look after them whilst you are being treated.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide the designated practitioner with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. KYDOLCE SKIN EXPERTS will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by KYDOLCE SKIN EXPERTS regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit KYDOLCE SKIN EXPERTS or KYDOLCE SKIN EXPERTS liability for death or any personal injury resulting from KYDOLCE SKIN EXPERTS negligence.
